ZUMBA Afro-Latin Dance-Fitness is back on again from Monday 2nd January 2023. Great music and easy-to-follow routines for all ages and abilities. Just turn up.

From January the Monday Menai Bridge class will increase from £6 to £7 due to the cost of the room hire, but Weds & Thurs at Academi Bangor will remain £6 for the time being.

Every Monday (including bank holidays), 5.45 -6.45pm, Telford Centre, opposite Waitrose, £7, MENAI BRIDGE.

Wednesdays & Thursdays, 5.45 -6.45pm, Academi Nightclub, Deiniol Rd,£6, BANGOR.

Also 3-week BURLESQUE Dance course, Tuesdays, 5-6pm, 24th January - 7th February 2023, in Academi Nightclub, Deiniol Rd, BANGOR, LL57 2UW.

Open to women of all fitness levels and ages. Feminine dance moves that are great for confidence and fun. Absolute beginners very welcome. £20 for the 3 week course.
