Friendship Bench 2023

The Eisteddfod Llŷn ac Eifionydd friendship bench is back at Encil y Coed Llyfrgelloedd Gwynedd Libraries in Criccieth.

The designs link the 1975 Bro Dwyfor Eisteddfod and Llyn and Eifionydd Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru. The winning ‘cywydd’- Eifionydd - Eisteddfod Bro Dwyfor 1975 is featured on the bench created by Evan Griffith Hughes, Rhosirwaun, Pwllheli. Students from the Welsh for learners course, University of Bangor and Coleg Meirion- Dwyfor were involved with the painting.
