Visit Cae’r Gors, the childhood home of Kate Roberts. In the multimedia exhibition discover what inspired the author, and listen to voices from the past in the traditional cottage. If you wish to arrange a group visit we can, by prior arrangement, tailor your experience to suit your needs, thus ensuring a truly memorable visit. The centre is also available to hire for meetings, workshops, lectures and courses. The centre is open from Tuesdays to Fridays during the winter months. It’s closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

By means of a variety of activities Gwynedd’s Literature Promotion Scheme aims at introducing all sorts of literature to all sorts of people. These activities include poetry competitions, reading clubs and even rap workshops. It’s all in a day’s read! The Gwynedd Literature Promotion Scheme is supported by the Academi and Gwynedd Council. The Academi is the Welsh National Literature Programme and Society of Writers.
