Conditions of Booking Accommodation through Tourist Information Centre
The booking made for you constitutes a binding legal agreement between yourself and the accommodation owner. The Tourist Information Centre acts as an agent only.
The TIC assumes no contractual obligations and gives no warranty or undertaking with regard to the accommodation. The price payable by the customer to the accommodation is 90% of the total cost and must be paid direct to the owner. Fees for booking accommodation through Tourist Information Centres in Wales. We take a deposit of 10% of the TOTAL cost of the accommodation at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final account by the accommodation provider. We also charge a non-refundable £2.00 booking fee to cover administration costs. The fee paid to the TIC is not refundable in either case. Where the booking is made more than 24 hours in advance the customer must contact the owner to confirm. We accept payment by credit or debit card.
